Our Capabilities
The Plant, with an installed capacity of 1,20,000 SqM. per annum, is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from Tema-Frugoli - SPA of Italy, who are pioneers in Granite processing machineries since 1893.
The 4 Gang-Saws in operation in our Plant can saw Blocks in 11 mm. thickness with the resultant products being 10 mm., in addition to the conventional 20 mm. and 30 mm. slabs.
We are also equipped with a Diamond Wire-Saw 'Diamstar 2200' which is used to dress those uncompromising bushes on large Granite Blocks.
The Versatile bridge cutting machine can execute curvilinear profiles or longitudinal transversal tangential cutting with enviable ease.
The Continuous Line Polisher for slabs with technical assistance from Zambon - SPA of Italy, is unique of its kind as it uses twin bridges against one in conventional machines. The Terzago type bricks assure a better reach on all corners, thus eliminating any unpolished surface.
The computer-aided design of the 'Valley-G' tile finishing line assures an accurate result confirming to the quantum quality approach of CEETA.
